About
There are many battles in addiction.
There’s the micro battles of the moment by moment choices and triggers that can arise at any time.
There’s the internal conflict of “right and wrong” that afflicts even the strongest willed human.
Then there’s the macro level of literally being in the cross fire of a very literal war on drugs.
How do you survive a war?
First and foremost you need a strategy and you need tactics. You need resources and you need training.
Our core philosophy is based on Science, Psychology and Eastern Medicine.
Science provides the evidence and research.
Psychology provides the map and the meaning.
Eastern Medicine provides the foundations and the history.
Drugs and addiction have been extensively studied in the scientific and psychological world for the past 100 years.
Eastern Medicine has written history of them for over 2000 years.
Strategies that have held strong through time and are continuing to be studied and developed to this very day.
In the areas of Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Systems Biology we have an elegant gathering of where all three of these areas meet and agree.
The peak of human experience and existence is in a harmonious co-existence of flow states.
Here’s what no one tells you
The substances were never the problem.
They allowed you to access flow states.
In the early days, drugs gave you exactly that.
Clarity, presence and peak performance.
Then they take it all away.
At Not Another Rehab we restore you to the flow.
From survival to flow to freedom and legacy.
You’re not broken, you’re fighting the wrong battle.
We give you the strategy, the tactics and the training to win the war.
The one within.

Angela Gregory
Angela’s story is one of resilience and transformation. At the tender age of 14 Angela became a teenage runaway, exploring many drugs from weed to heroin. A brief stint on the streets with many hard lessons led her to a turbulent and also wonderful chapter as a young stepmother for 7 years where she stopped using anything at 18. Despite having a great government job, owning a house and having a relationship and family she knew something wasn’t right, something was missing in her life. After a serious breakup, Angela returned to a life of drugs and crime, partying heavily and dealing in the festival and rave scene, all while being a functioning addict in high level jobs. Amongst all the chaos, she knew deep down that something more was calling her, a life of helping people. After some hard knocks and sickness, Angela’s path eventually led her to a profound awakening, where she found qi gong, meditation, rites of passage, NLP and other deep interpersonal work. These practices became her anchor, helping her heal, grow, and discover a true sense of purpose. Today, Angela is a heartfelt and inspiring leader, guiding others through their own journeys with authenticity and compassion. She loves being the mentor she wished she had when she was younger. Her lived experience, combined with her deep understanding of transformation spaces and practices, allows her to connect with people in a way few can. Angela is living proof that even the most difficult beginnings can lead to a life of wisdom, strength, and profound impact.

Leigh Gregory
You won’t hear many stories that rival Leigh’s. Even less that have lived to tell the tale themselves. A heroin addict for over 20 years, Leigh’s journey through addiction was marked by countless cycles on the rehab wheel, stints of homelessness, physical pain and trauma, and time in prison. His story is one of resilience, determination, and the relentless pursuit of change. Leigh’s transformation is a true testament to the power of “doing the work.” Through confronting severe trauma, embracing recovery, and committing to personal growth, he has not only overcome his addiction but has emerged as a thriving, inspiring human being. Today, Leigh enjoys a well paid job he loves and wins awards for, drives a car he loves, spends time being an uncle daily, walks in nature and practices martial arts. He never counts the days, he doesn’t white knuckle his way through and he plans for his even better future. He truly embodies the possibility of life beyond recovery. His intense depth of lived experience and unshakable authenticity allow him to connect with others on a profound level, showing them that change is not just possible, it’s within reach. Leigh stands as proof that even the most challenging circumstances can be the foundation for a future full of strength, purpose, and freedom.
