About your loved one

“If only they could see how much potential they have.”

It’s heartbreaking to watch someone you love suffer. To see them bury their pain, trapped in a cycle that’s pulling them further away from who you know they truly are. You see their big heart, their brilliance, their potential—but they can’t, or won’t, see it for themselves.

The endless moods. Walking on eggshells, not knowing which version of them will come home. Excuses, chaos, disaster after disaster. It feels like your life revolves around their struggle, trying to fix things, trying to help.

You think, “If only they’d just…”

But here’s the truth: sometimes, it’s not up to you. As much as you want to save them, they have to want it for themselves.

This doesn’t mean you’re powerless.

Living with an addict is exhausting. It’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos, to forget your own needs while trying to keep everything together. But change doesn’t just start with them—it starts with you.

The hard truth? If we keep treating someone like an addict, they’ll keep responding like one. Change requires a shift in how we think, how we act, and how we show up in these relationships.

That’s where we come in.

The Way of Wellness Method isn’t just about them—it’s about you. It’s about breaking the patterns, reshaping the dynamics, and creating the space for everyone to grow. Even if your loved one isn’t ready to change, you can take the steps to heal yourself and rebuild your life.

You can’t force them to see their potential, but you can show them what’s possible by leading with your own transformation.

Change starts with one step. Will you take it?

Not Another Rehab, where transformation starts without white robes, group therapy, or even calling us a rehab.

Addiction is serious, but recovery doesn’t have to feel like a punishment. That’s why we’ve created a bold, transformative path—one that combines the ancient wisdom of Eastern medicine and psychology with the innovations of cutting-edge science.

There are many types of drug rehabs—those that focus on sobriety and abstinence, the 12 steps, religion and finding God, evidence-based practices, holistic and integrative health, detoxification, medical intervention, medication, psychedelic therapies, and more.

We are not them.

Our focus is where most drug rehabilitation fails: integration. Life beyond recovery. It’s simple to stop, but it’s not easy to stay stopped. We’re not here to get you back to “normal.” Normal’s dead—it died with your first high.

We’re here to help you grow and keep growing. You’ve started the journey; now it’s time to continue it.

At Not Another Rehab, we’re not just one thing—we’re three:

  • Consultancy – For those seeking clarity, we offer expert advice and guidance on the steps to take. Whether you’re unsure of where to start or what’s next, we help you navigate the path forward with confidence.
  • Mentorship – Recovery isn’t a one-time event—it’s a lifelong journey. We provide long-term guidance for those ready to commit to true transformation. Our mentorship is about building resilience, fostering growth, and staying on track for the long haul.
  • Integration Service – Rehab is just the beginning. What happens after is where real change takes root. We help you ground, stabilize, and bring everything together into a model that works for the long term—your life, reimagined and aligned.

Our approach centers around three key pillars:

  • Structure and Discipline – Establishing systems and routines that create stability and accountability.
  • Communication and Relationship – Building meaningful connections with yourself and others to foster trust and understanding.
  • Growth and Expansion – Helping you continually evolve, reach your potential, and navigate life beyond addiction.

Our model is rooted in Body, Mind, and Energy. It’s about lifestyle and environment—creating a foundation that helps you thrive long after the initial stages of recovery.

While we do not offer in-house solutions for those in the dependency stages of addiction, we specialize in solutions for individuals with non-dependent addictions—those who are functional yet using drugs or alcohol to regulate stress, performance, or emotional states. The 1% who appear to have it all together but know they’re teetering on the edge.

We work exclusively with individuals ready to take the first step—people who genuinely want help and are willing to commit to the journey. If that’s you, know this: we aren’t here to babysit, save, or hold your hand. Our mission is to guide, empower, and equip you with the tools you need to succeed.

There’s no quick fix, no magic wand, and no one-size-fits-all solution. The answer lies in doing the work—and we’re here to show you how.

We are Not Another Rehab.

Leigh Gregory

You won’t hear many stories that rival Leigh’s. Even less that have lived to tell the tale themselves. A heroin addict for over 20 years, Leigh’s journey through addiction was marked by countless cycles on the rehab wheel, stints of homelessness, physical pain and trauma, and time in prison. His story is one of resilience, determination, and the relentless pursuit of change. Leigh’s transformation is a true testament to the power of “doing the work.” Through confronting severe trauma, embracing recovery, and committing to personal growth, he has not only overcome his addiction but has emerged as a thriving, inspiring human being. Today, Leigh enjoys a well paid job he loves and wins awards for, drives a car he loves, spends time being an uncle daily, walks in nature and practices martial arts. He never counts the days, he doesn’t white knuckle his way through and he plans for his even better future. He truly embodies the possibility of life beyond recovery. His intense depth of lived experience and unshakable authenticity allow him to connect with others on a profound level, showing them that change is not just possible, it’s within reach. Leigh stands as proof that even the most challenging circumstances can be the foundation for a future full of strength, purpose, and freedom.

Angela Jade

Angela’s story is one of resilience and transformation. At the tender age of 14 Angela became a teenage runaway, exploring many drugs from weed to heroin. A brief stint on the streets with many hard lessons led her to a turbulent and also wonderful chapter as a young stepmother for 7 years where she stopped using anything at 18. Despite having a great government job, owning a house and having a relationship and family she knew something wasn’t right, something was missing in her life. After a serious breakup, Angela returned to a life of drugs and crime, partying heavily and dealing in the festival and rave scene, all while being a functioning addict in high level jobs. Amongst all the chaos, she knew deep down that something more was calling her, a life of helping people. After some hard knocks and sickness, Angela’s path eventually led her to a profound awakening, where she found qi gong, mediation, rites of passage, NLP and other deep interpersonal work. These practices became her anchor, helping her heal, grow, and discover a true sense of purpose. Today, Angela is a heartfelt and inspiring leader, guiding others through their own journeys with authenticity and compassion. She loves being the mentor she wished she had when she was younger. Her lived experience, combined with her deep understanding of transformation spaces and practices, allows her to connect with people in a way few can. Angela is living proof that even the most difficult beginnings can lead to a life of wisdom, strength, and profound impact.
